Fans witnessed the Browns at training camp practice just one last time on Monday, as Monday was the last training camp practice open to the public for the 2025 preseason.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski recognized the fan base of Cleveland, noticing that the fans help increase the players energy.
"Last day of open practice so we're gonna miss our fans," Stefanski said. "But they've been terrific all camp, our guys get a tremendous amount of juice from our fans. These young kids that are out here, it's been a special few days here, so I want to acknowledge our fans."
Spectators watched a focused practice as players prepared for the week ahead. Practice consisted of both 11-on-11 and 7-on-7 periods with opportunities for special teams to get reps in.
The Browns will head to Charlotte ahead of their joint practice on Wednesday and the first preseason game against the Panthers on Aug. 8.
QBDillon Gabrielhasn't experienced anything quite like joint practices in many years, describing his most similar experience dates back to high school summer scrimmages six years ago.
"I don't want to give you the cliche answer and say I'm extremely excited," Gabriel said. "But as you can image it's my first time, so it'll be a lot of fun being able to get around a new team."
